Make Your Own Acai Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 single serve frozen acai packet
- 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
- 1 cup frozen organic strawberries
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut or cashew milk
- Toppings of choice (sliced fruit, bee pollen, banana slices, unsweetened shredded coconut, granola, hemp hearts, chia seeds, flax seeds, goji berries etc)
Instructions
- Using a food processor, blend acai packet, berries and coconut milk for 1-2 minutes, scraping sides of bowl often until ingredients form a thick, sorbet like texture.
- Transfer mixture into a shallow bowl or cup and smooth the top of the surface with a spatula. Now add your toppings of choice! Enjoy immediately
