Simple Fruit Yogurt Dip

Smart snacks that are tasty, filling bites that will power you through mid morning or afternoon slumps.

Clean Eating Yogurt Dip

  • 5 oz unsweetened non dairy yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey or monk fruit maple syrup
  • 1 organic apple (cored and cut into wedges )
  • 5 organic strawberries

  1. Mix yogurt, cinnamon and honey or maple syrup together in a bowl.

  2. Serve with apple wedges and sliced strawberries.

  3. Serve chilled and enjoy!
