Before I learned about therapeutic grade essential oils I feared using them on my babe because I was always weary of "what they were" or " their purity". It wasn't until I came across Doterra that I put trust in a brand knowing they are safe and highest quality for the entire fam!

Here's what I did
Add to 10 ML roller bottle:
3 drops Frankincense
2 drops Lime
Fill remainder of bottle with fractionated coconut oil.
Shake to mix. Apply to the bottom of her feet (soles) and put on socks. I did this 1-2x a day for a 5 days and she was all cleared up in no time ๐
