Avocado Chocolate Frosting

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted for silkier texture )
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  1. Add avocado to a food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth consistency. Scrape down sides if needed.

  3. Use immediately or store in fridge for up to a week in a sealed glass container.
