Anti-Inflammatory Granola



Ingredients 
  • 2 cups gluten free organic oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (room temperature)
  • 5-10 drops stevia
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • salt

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F

  2. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients then spread on a baking sheet and toast for 60-70 minutes.

  3. Add to a bowl of coconut milk or add to your favorite yogurt!
